About the partnership
SKRAIB customers get access to Unlisted – a market-leading ownership platform and Cap Table Management solution. The platform is built for companies that want full oversight of ownership, shareholder rights and future scenarios.
What does the agreement include?
- 10% discount on the list price for the Unlisted Growth and Premium packages.
- Free access to an interactive shareholder book and investor portal, for up to 25 shareholders.
The platform lets you, among other things:
- Introduce and manage equity-based incentives
- Raise investor capital
- Manage shareholder rights
- Maintain formal shareholder register records
- Visualise current ownership structure
- Calculate fully diluted ownership
- Simulate future scenarios
How to activate the agreement
Send an email to Unlisted and mention that you are a SKRAIB customer. Unlisted will then get in touch to arrange a demo or give you access to the platform.
